Primary Job Function: Support VP Marketing in all consumer and trade marketing media and creative with an emphasis on overall media planning, buying, barter and execution of plans and trafficking of creative for same.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work closely with VP and media agency/outlet on campaign strategy and planning. 
• Execute media plans and monitor fulfillment.
• Procure and expand added value, develop materials to execute and monitor fulfillment.
• Proof and traffic creative.
• Develop Creative Briefs and Production Services Requests for creative and track progress to completion within deadlines. 
• Develop and traffic creative for marketing via artists on GMCs air: web banners, e-blasts, premiums, artist marketing brochure. 
• Review, approve and track all media budgets.
• Develop, maintain and execute on all barter media relationships.

Job-related Education/Skills/Experience:
• Media agency or client-side media buying experience necessary; in particular radio buying and promotion (Christian/Gospel radio experience a big plus)
• Must be proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
• Knowledge of print production valuable.
• BS in Marketing or related degree a plus.

Primary Job Function:Leverage media buys, barter and artist and partner relationships to create awareness and tune-in to Gospel Music Channel on a weekly basis with an added emphasis around tentpole programming.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work closely with VP and Media Manager on the development and execution of media buys and execute on added value from same.
• Leverage barter media partners to fully and continually realize assets of partner.
• Continue to expand sister company cross promotion.
• Work closely with talent department, production and programming to leverage artists and label relationships as fully as possible, with special attention to artists with an upcoming debut program on the network.
• Solidify relationships with local radio to provide access to their listeners tapings of special events in exchange for awareness and tune-in for the network.

Job-related Education/Skills/Experience:
• Radio promotion experience necessary.
• Must be proficient in Excel, Powerpoint and Word.
• BS in Marketing or related degree a plus.
